Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZombieHug on aizombie.app (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

ZombieHug lets you upload two photos and purchase credits to generate a short AI video (effects such as Zombie Love Story). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts, Guests, and Access

You do not need a traditional password account to buy credits or create a video.

• Guest checkout: You can pay via Stripe without signing up. We may create a lightweight guest session so credits unlock Create on this device. Stripe may collect the email you enter at checkout.
• Optional sign-in: You may optionally sign in with Google (when enabled) or other account options we offer, to keep access across devices.
• Credit restore: If you paid as a guest and lose access on a device, you can request a restore link sent to the checkout email.

You are responsible for activity under your guest session or signed-in account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use you become aware of.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload photos you do not have the right to use, or content involving minors under 18 where the product requires adults.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Credits, Payment, and Billing

• Credits are purchased as one-time packs and/or optional subscriptions (for example monthly, quarterly, or yearly) as shown on the site.
• No subscription is required to create a video; subscriptions are optional.
• Prices and credit amounts are shown at checkout and on pricing UI. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Credits unlock Create for the stated resolution cost (for example 500 credits for one 720p render; 480p uses fewer credits as shown in the product).
• Subscription renewals and cancellations follow Stripe’s customer portal / subscription controls where available; cancel anytime according to the plan you bought.

Refunds and Failed Generation

• If a paid generation fails or times out on our side under our automatic rules, we return the credits consumed for that attempt when the product is live and the failure is detected by our systems.
• Cash refunds of Stripe charges are handled case by case (for example clear double charges or unresolved delivery failures after credit remedies). Contact bgnwd15@gmail.com with your checkout email and order details.
• Unused credits are not automatically refunded as cash when you simply change your mind after a successful purchase.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you may download and use the videos you generate for personal or lawful sharing. You remain responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the outputs.

Suspension and Ending Access

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Guests can stop using the service at any time; signed-in users may close or disconnect account access where the product provides that control. You may also email us to request deletion of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. AI outputs can vary; likeness and quality are not guaranteed on every render.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
